SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 19, 2026
Program Description
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on a Meda Medicare form, you agree to receive text messages from Meda Medicare related to your Medicare and insurance inquiry — including appointment reminders, follow-ups from your agent, and occasional plan or enrollment information. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Consent Is Not Required
Consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving help from Meda Medicare or purchasing any product or service. You can request assistance by phone or email without opting into texting.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and the status of your request. You may receive multiple messages during active conversations with your agent, and fewer or none during other periods.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Meda Medicare is not responsible for charges billed by your wireless carrier.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and then send no further texts unless you opt in again. If you experience issues, reply HELP or contact us directly at info@medamedicare.com or (813) 454-0108.
Supported Carriers
Our text messaging program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and any information shared over text is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or texting data to third parties.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent revision.
